Hannah Thomas

Hannah began her dance training at the age of 14 at state school in Bedfordshire, UK. At the age of 17, she trained at the Trinity Laban Centre for Advanced Training Scheme before joining the Trinity Laban BA Contemporary Dance Degree Course. She graduated with honors in 2020.

Hannah was a member of the 2017-2019 Balletboyz Dancers' Course, where she worked with many dancers including Winston Reynolds and Kerry Nicholls. In 2018, Hannah performed with Incognito Dance Company at East Wall (Tower of London), where she worked with choreographer James Finnemore and under the direction of Hofesh Shechter and East London Dance. Hannah also participated in Alison Curtis Jones' reinterpretation and performance of Rudolf Laban's "Drumstick" in 2019 and performed choreography by Dan Thatcher at Resolution Festival in 2020.

Since graduating, Hannah has been exploring her own movement practice, finding softness and flow in floor-based movements and exploring these philosophies in other passions - including snowboarding and rock climbing.

She has been a member of the wee dance company of the Gerhart-Hauptmann-Theater Görlitz-Zittau since September 2021.
