Leila Bakhtali

was born in the Netherlands. She graduated the Royal Ballet School Antwerp / direction modern ballet receiving an "Art Secondary School Diploma" with a "First Class Honours Degree" in contemporary dance and the "Charlotte Kirkpatrick Award" for "demonstrating exceptional potential as a dance artist". Recently she danced as apprentice at the Scottish Dance Theatre as part of the Postgraduate Diploma in Performance at London Contemporary Dance School. She has also taught Ballet, contemporary dance and creative dance and took part in the production of the "3x3m!" Dance Film (12) as director, performer and editor.
