Ruslan Stepanov

Ruslan Stepanov was born in Estonia. He was trained as dancer and choreographer at the University of Tartu Viljandi / Culture Academy. From 2002 until joining the GHT / wee dance company he danced and choreographed for the the Vanemuine Theatre Ballet Company, where he created and participated in many stage and dance film productions. With his pieces "Passenger", "Silence" and "Spring" he attended international competitions: respectively the International Choreographers' Competition Hanover, the "mono productions festival Monocle" in Saint Petersburg and at the "Estonian Theatres Special Awards".
